Oak Bay Real Estate Update - February 2009

In January there were a total of 17 sales in the Oak Bay area which consisted of 11 Single Family Homes and 6 Condominiums.  No Townhome sales during the month of January.  Nothing over 1 million sold.  The highest sale last month in the Condominium category was between $400,000. - $425,000.

I just sold this Condominium at 203 830 Esquimalt Road, Victoria, BC .  This was located in the Municipality of Esquimalt.  In December there were a total of 8 condominiums sold (6 of the ones that sold were listed under $275,000) and 99 condominiums sold during the entire year of 2008.
