In the beautiful Oak Bay area of Victoria, the market has really picked up compared to the first quarter.  As of the end of May there has been 108 homes sold in Oak Bay.  Sixteen homes sold this year ranging between $1,000,000. - $2,000,000. (seven of the sixteen sold during May), eleven Oak Bay homes sold between $900,000. - $1,000,000., nine homes sold between $800,000. - $900,000. as well as between the $700,000. - $800,000. range, twenty-four homes sold this year between $600,000. - $700,000., thirty-two sales between $500,000. - $600,000. six between $450,000. - $500,000. and one sale between $350,000. - $375,000. which I am guessing is a condominium.

The current activity in the different map areas as of today are as follows:

South Oak Bay has 38 current listings and 21 pending sales.

North Oak Bay has 4 current listings and 7 pending sales.

Gonzales has 2 current listings and 2 pending sales.

Estevan has 4 current listings and 5 pending sales.

Henderson map area has 9 current listings and 10 pending sales.

The Uplands area so far this year has 17 current listings ranging from $849,000. - $6,300,000. million with 6 pending sales all under $2,000,000.
