Oak Bay Market Update - February 2011
The snow didn't seem to slow down the activity this year in Victoria. Of course, that said, I should remind you that snow in Victoria only lasts a few days to a week. Currently in Oak Bay there are forty-eight active homes for sale on the MLS®. Four in the Estevan area, four in Gonzales, four in the Henderson area, seven in North Oak Bay, twenty-one in South Oak Bay and eight listings in the Uplands. New listings are entering the market everyday now because of Spring. In February there was a home selling between $1,500,000. - $1,749,000. making it three year to date. The lowest priced sale was between 5 and 549. There was one so far this year. Year to date there have been twenty-eight sales throughout Oak Bay. The condominium market in Oak Bay is as follows; 19 Freehold MLS® current listings ranging from $329,900. to $3,350,000. 5 co-op and or strata leasehold MLS® listings ranging from $230,000. to $449,000. as of today.
