Oak Bay properties for the first quarter of 2010 are selling very well. Year-to-date there have been sixty-six single family homes sold, thirteen condos and two townhomes sold.
The current activity in the different map areas as of today are as follows:
South Oak Bay has forty-seven current listings ranging from $279,900 - $11,500,000.
North Oak Bay has nine listings ranging from $549,00 - 1,395,000.
Gonzales area have six listings ranging from $995,000. - 5,500,000. Click on Gonzales home if you wold like to see a current listing with ocean views.
Estevan have six listings ranging from $679,000. - 1,250,000.
Henderson area have twelve listings ranging from $522,000. - $885,000.
The Uplands area so far this year have twelve listings ranging from $620,000 (townhome) - $7,450,000. Six Pending sales range from $1 - $3 million.
