Oak Bay Real Estate Update For The Month Of September 2008
The Victoria Real Estate Statistics are now out showing the activity for the Month of September. Apparently there were six homes priced between $1 million and $1,999,999. that sold during September (with forty year-to-date in this price range). From there, one home sold between $825,000. - $849,999 (with seven year-to-date). The next range was $675,000. - $699,000 showing one home sold (eleven year-to-date). Another home in Oak Bay sold from $ $650,000 - $675,000 (nine year-to-date), and finally from $425,000 - $649,000 there were 14 homes that sold (with 52 year-to-date).
Year-to-date in all price ranges in the Oak Bay area there were a total of 176 homes sold by the end of September 2008. Please stay tuned for more updates.
