(seven of the sixteen sold during May), eleven Oak Bay homes sold between $900,000. - $1,000,000., nine homes sold between $800,000. - $900,000. as well as between the $700,000. - $800,000. range, twenty-four homes sold this year between $600,000. - $700,000., thirty-two sales between $500,000. - $600,000. six between $450,000. - $500,000. and one sale between $350,000. - $375,000. which I am guessing is a condominium.
