Oak Bay offers many different sections within this Municipality. The Uplands is considered the most expensive area of Oak Bay and offers the Royal Victoria Yacht Club which is located at 3475 Ripon Road and the phone number is 250.592.2441 for more information. Other beautiful areas within Oak Bay are the Henderson area, which is closest to the University of Victoria (UVIC), North Oak Bay, Estevan which is every close to Willows Beach, South Oak Bay which is where the Oak Bay Marina and Resturant, the NEW under contruction Oak Bay Beach Hotel and Victoria Golf Course are located. The Gonzales area offers many homes with amazing ocean views! Gonzales Beach is Victoria's Malibu with views to the Southwest of the Olympic Mountains in Washington State. During July, Oak Bay had 21 Single Family home sales. The highest in the price range of $2,000,000 - $2,499,999 and there were five sales between $550,000. - $549,000. Below is a graph showing you the reported sales by Price Range for Single Family Homes.
