In Oak Bay, we had a total of 24 single family home sales for the month. Year to date - 45. Condominiums in Oak Bay showed a total of 8 sales in March 2009 - 17 YTD. There were no sales in the townhome category for March 2009 and actually no sales Year to Date. We don't have many townhome sites in Oak Bay to offer...
