In Oak Bay, we had 19 home sales, 2 condominium sales, and no townhome or lot sales during the month of February.
There was one sale in the $525,000. - $549,000. range...then jumped to three sales in the $550,00. - $574,999. price range and one sale from $575,000. - $599,000.
The next range of sales started between $625,000. - $725,000. totalling five. Then from $750,000. - $850,000. there were four sales.
Between $850,000. - $874,999. two sales occurred. One between $900,000. - $924,999., one between $950,000. - $974,999. and one between $1,000,000. - $1,999,999.
The two condo's that sold in February were in the $400,000. - $449,999. price range. I hope this helps keep you updated with the market. Please stay tuned for more updates...
