I came across an article today that was posted in the Victoria, BC daily newspaper called the 'Times Colonist'. Judy Gage, the President of Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty commented on the real estate market along with information from the BC Real Estate Association talking about home sales being unusually high through the summer months and because of this it will push overall sales in the province to 101,000 units sold this year, which shows as being a 4% increase from 2006 and the second highest number of sales in the history of BC's multiple listing service!
