The number of condominiums sales in Oak Bay year to date are seven.  Starting between the $225,000 - $250,000.. range.  Three sales between $250,000. - $275,000. and two sales between $425,000. - $449,999. and one sale between $550,000 - $575,000..
Townhome sales in Oak Bay year to date are a total of two!  One between $325,000. - $350,000. and the other was between $650,000. - $675,000. range.
